Byzantine-Latino Quarter Street Improvement Project

BergCM, as Prime Consultant, provides construction management services to the Los Angeles Neighborhood Initiative (LANI) for street and neighborhood improvement and enhancement projects. BergCM assisted LANI in advertising the bid for construction; performed the pre-bid and pre-con meetings; monitored construction; and met with both the contractor and business owners to find solutions to business owner’s needs and requests.

In the case of the Byzantine-Latino Quarter Project, work involved improvements to two plazas located at entrances to project area on Pico Blvd. at Normandie and Hoover streets including landscape, irrigation, street furniture, decorative concrete, signal pole relocation, tree wells, lighted bus shelter improvements and clock towers.
